职位概况
我们正在寻找具备独立站 SEO 基础能力的专业人才，负责站内结构优化、外链建设及数据监控，提升网站在北美美妆/时尚领域的搜索表现。
主要职责
- 排查并修复 404 页面，监控 Google Search Console 数据，进行日常优化。
- 优化站内结构，包括内链布局、博客选题、关键词策略及 Alt Text、元数据。
- 统筹 SEO 助理工作，制定内容方向并执行。
- 了解并运用实时 AI SEO（GEO）提升转化。
- 开发高质量外链资源，维护 Affiliate 合作渠道。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉 Google SEO 算法及最新趋势。
- CET-6 以上，具备英语站点内容优化及外链拓展经验。
- 了解北美用户行为及社媒习惯，具备美妆或时尚行业认知。
- 数据分析能力强，执行力佳。
