Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

The Senior UX/UI Designer will join the Asia Segment Experience Design community to shape world‑class digital services. You will champion user research, translate insights into concepts, and create high‑fidelity prototypes that drive usability testing and iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to uncover customer needs.
• Transform research findings into wireframes, functional prototypes, and design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with regional and local product owners, engineering, CX, and service design teams.
• Develop and evolve customer and agent experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Apply conceptual thinking to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Tell compelling visual and verbal stories that generate empathy and engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated UX design experience on complex digital solutions.
• Strong background in user‑centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional collaborations and align design strategy with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Passion for sharing knowledge, receiving feedback, and fostering an inclusive team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for creating scalable design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (plus).
• Experience designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Illustration, photography, diagrammatic, or iconography expertise (advantage).
