About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technician to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for keeping properties safe, functional, and visually appealing for tenants and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain all properties so they are presented appropriately.
- Perform safety‑related maintenance tasks to protect occupants.
- Repair plumbing fixtures and address electrical issues.
- Carry out painting and drywall repairs.
- Manage the exterior appearance of properties.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a technician or maintenance role.
- Relevant certification preferred.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
