Real Estate Manager – China GSS

About the role

The Real Estate Manager – GC Sales Company is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering real‑estate‑related projects and workplace initiatives that support the business needs of the China Sales Company. This role acts as the dedicated Real Estate interface for the Sales Company, covering office portfolio planning, lease coordination, workplace upgrades, and customer‑facing space improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Real Estate contact for the China Sales Company on office, workplace, service centers and space‑related topics, translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Support office lease renewals, expansions, consolidations, relocation studies and negotiations, maintaining visibility of lease costs, timelines and commitments.
• Lead or coordinate office fit‑out, renovation, refurbishment and workplace improvement projects, managing scope, timeline, cost and quality from concept through implementation.
• Support implementation of brand elements in customer‑facing environments, coordinating reception areas, showroom corners, signage and meeting spaces.
• Drive governance, documentation and decision‑making processes for sales‑company‑related real‑estate projects.
• Prepare budgets, track costs and manage vendors, procurement and contractors to ensure delivery according to agreed scope and standards.
• Contribute to long‑term strategic planning of the sales‑company real‑estate footprint in China, identifying opportunities to improve office effectiveness and space utilization.

Required profile

• Experience managing office portfolios and lease coordination within a corporate environment in China.
• Ability to lead fit‑out and renovation projects from concept to delivery while balancing cost discipline and quality.
