Senior Site Specialist - Clinical Trials

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Senior Site Specialist to join its China team. This is an office-based role in Beijing, working on clinical trials, analysing medical data and helping advance new treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety throughout the trial.
• Work with investigators and site staff to run studies smoothly.
• Review data and resolve queries to keep clinical data of high quality.
• Help prepare and review study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor Unit (SSU).
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
