Senior Site Contract Specialist / Manager

About the role

Medpace is seeking a full‑time, office‑based Senior Site Contract Specialist/Manager to join its Clinical Operations team. The role is pivotal in advancing study start‑up and managing clinical trial contracts and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between sponsors, investigative sites and Medpace.
• Negotiate site contracts and budgets in accordance with study timelines.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure negotiations are completed on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Broad knowledge of clinical trial conduct, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, and applicable regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research contract and budget negotiations.
• For the Contract Manager track, additional contract‑management experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
