Senior Officer, Intellectual Property

About the role

The Senior Officer, Intellectual Property will act as the central case manager for the company's global IP portfolio. You will coordinate with internal IP, legal, R&D, and functional teams as well as external patent and trademark offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage filing of priority patent applications and monitor deadlines for PCT prosecutions.
• Support IP counsel with contract and assignment administration, inventor remuneration, and communication with law firms.
• Maintain the patent, trademark and contract filing system, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive documents.
• Prepare and notarize legal documents, draft instruction and notice letters, and handle registrations with governmental authorities.
• Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and office correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Law, Administration or a scientific discipline.
• From fresh graduate to experienced paralegal in the IP field.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills.
• Strong communication, influencing abilities and self‑motivation.
• Interest in an international work environment; mobility is a plus.
