Job description
职位概况
负责在深圳 Bosch 生产基地统筹质量指导原则等系统方法的落地，主导质量改进项目，确保新产品顺利从样品试制过渡到量产。
主要职责
- 统筹质量指导原则等系统方法在生产区域的实施。
- 主导内部失效成本（IDC）改进。
- 组织车间质量过程审核。
- 分析并改进车间制程质量问题。
- 推动新产品从样品试制到量产的平稳交接。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，6-10 年质量工作经验。
- 熟悉8D、FMEA、MSA、SPC、PPAP、APQP、VDA6.3等质量工具。
- 英语书面及口语流利。
- 具备责任心、主动性、成本意识和数字化思维。
- 有汽车或相关行业质量改进项目成功案例。
