Senior International Logistics Analyst

About the role

Manage day‑to‑day transportation operations and handle exceptions for cargo movement within Target’s global supply chain. Lead analysis and execution of initiatives that improve network efficiency across trucking, ocean, air and 3PL consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate logistics partners on service level, system performance and contract compliance using KPIs.
• Develop strong relationships with partners to drive network efficiencies.
• Design, document and implement best‑practice processes for product movement.
• Report on shipment volumes, modes and costs to support optimal routing and allocation.
• Lead special projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stay current on legislative and industry trends.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for logistics teams, vendors and partners.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) with 4‑6 years of transportation or logistics experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and communicate across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and local office language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
