Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

lululemon is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects from concept through delivery in its Shanghai office. You will translate global brand ideas into localized visual assets that resonate with regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet timeline and budget constraints.
• Localize global concepts and assets for the Chinese market.
• Develop presentation styles and techniques to produce high‑quality work.
• Apply typography, image treatment, and layout techniques across campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Design and support the creation of visual centers for global and regional initiatives.
• Participate in cross‑functional ideation sessions and translate complex ideas into focused design narratives.
• Review junior designers’ work, mentor team members, and manage project budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an agency or client‑side environment.
• BA or BFA in Arts/Fine Arts or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and high emotional intelligence.
• Authorization to work in China.

Required skills

• Proficiency with current creative software.
• Experience in photoshoot art direction.
• Exceptional typographic, layout, and prototyping skills.
• High‑level production expertise and strong organizational abilities.
