Senior Data Steward – Data Operations (APAC)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Data Steward to support data operations across APAC. The role focuses on collecting, managing, and analyzing multi‑source customer information to drive accurate reporting and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify customer data from various channels, ensuring data accuracy and regular updates.
• Achieve multi‑dimensional data metric targets and deliver business reports and data statements on schedule.
• Identify process pain points and implement automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Prepare and submit reports using automated reporting tools and coordinate cross‑departmental communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel formulas.
• Strong Python scripting skills for automated data processing.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
• Team‑oriented, innovative, responsible, and capable of independent learning.
