Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud

About the role

Beyondsoft, a mid-sized business IT and consulting company with offices across four continents, is looking for a Senior Cloud Solution Architect focused on Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud, based in Nanjing, China. The role covers enterprise-scale Azure and hybrid-cloud designs, including landing zones, governance, networking, compute, storage, backup and disaster recovery, and leads hybrid-cloud and modernization initiatives such as data center migration, server consolidation and private-cloud implementation. It is highly customer-facing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and guide enterprise-scale Azure and hybrid-cloud solutions, including Azure Landing Zone, management groups, Azure Policy and governance, and the Cloud Adoption Framework
• Design enterprise networking with Azure Virtual WAN, hub-spoke topology, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway and load balancers
• Design compute and storage architectures with Azure Virtual Machines, Storage, Files, NetApp Files, Backup and Site Recovery
• Design hybrid cloud platforms with Azure Arc, Azure Local and Azure Stack HCI, and multi-cloud governance
• Design identity architectures with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, federation, PKI/ADCS and Windows Hello for Business
• Lead customer transformation projects: data center modernization, migration, server consolidation, private cloud implementation, OS modernization (Windows Server, Linux) and high-availability architecture
• Deliver architecture discussions, technical workshops, presentations and large-scale cloud transformation projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience and 5+ years of Azure architecture design experience
• Experience consulting for large enterprise customers or designing enterprise architecture
• Strong customer communication and technical presentation skills
• Preferred: hyperscale environments (10,000+ VMs), multi-region design, million-scale identity systems, PB-scale storage, AI/GPU platforms, internet, e-commerce, financial services, manufacturing, retail or gaming sectors, and cloud projects with investments over USD 1 million
