RIM Implementation Consultant

About the role

Veeva is looking for an individual leader with consulting and system implementation experience to join its Professional Services team. The role supports customers in optimizing their regulatory data and document management processes using Veeva's RIM suite, which offers integrated regulatory information management, submission publishing and archival on a single cloud platform. The position is based in Shanghai or Suzhou.

Key responsibilities

• Guide life science customers in configuring and implementing Veeva's Regulatory suite (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Publishing) to streamline global regulatory processes
• Lead configuration requirement workshops, design and documentation, and prototype and deploy solutions
• Handle program and project management, including resource planning and leading a cross-functional team
• Act as the link between the project team, the customer and internal stakeholders
• Support presales and sales teams in defining scope, cost and estimates

Required profile

• Deep experience of regulatory processes in life sciences and the relevant compliance considerations
• 3+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare as a consultant, business or IT representative
• Based in Shanghai or Suzhou with the legal right to work
• Willingness to travel 10-30% within China

Required skills

• Technical ability to design, configure and implement a RIM solution
• Excellent collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• Nice to have: consulting experience with a major system integrator or software vendor, and life sciences compliance and computer systems validation experience
