Senior Buyer – Indirect Purchasing (Automotive)

About the role

As a Senior Buyer you will lead indirect purchasing activities for Bosch's RBTS franchise business in China. You will be responsible for the full procurement cycle, supplier management and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end sourcing, including supplier scouting, RFQ, cost‑of‑quality analysis, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain strict adherence to procurement processes and documentation standards.
• Develop and manage the supplier base to optimise cost, quality and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to secure timely delivery of services, equipment, spare parts and maintenance.
• Handle non‑conformity claims, resolve commercial disputes and manage risk.
• Support direct purchasing strategies for TG/AS business in domestic and export markets, including global sourcing and price negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Vehicle Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket purchasing, with solid exposure to indirect and/or direct procurement.
• Experience with electronic components is strongly preferred.
