Senior Accountant (高级会计)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to strengthen internal control, manage risk, and support both internal and external audit processes within a manufacturing joint‑venture environment.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen internal control and risk‑management frameworks.
• Coordinate and prepare internal audits such as product‑team‑lead performance, labor‑hour, and productivity audits.
• Coordinate and support external audits, including statutory, transfer‑price, and R&D super‑deduction audits.
• Monitor monthly financial closing, reviewing all balance‑sheet and P&L accounts.
• Prepare management reports (actuals, forecasts, budgets) and conduct cost‑controlling activities.
• Optimize accounting processes and handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting (intermediate accountant qualification required).
• CPA, CMA or ACCA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing joint‑venture.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards.
• Logical analysis ability and attention to detail.
• Good oral and written English (CET‑6 preferred).
• Team player with strong communication and execution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP financial systems, preferably QAD.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in internal and external audit preparation.
