About the role

The school is seeking a passionate Secondary Drama Teacher to join its faculty in Shanghai. You will inspire secondary‑age students to explore drama, build confidence and express creativity through performance and collaborative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons for secondary students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PGCE/QTS or comparable qualification.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification teaching experience.
• Commitment to enabling students to make a difference and believe in themselves.
• Ability to work closely with other staff members and support collaborative improvement.
