SAP Team Leader

About the role

The SAP Team Leader will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of Axalta's SAP environment supporting production activities. The role ensures system stability, accurate KPI reporting and effective problem resolution across SAP modules and related applications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate SAP systems, identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the rollout of new business applications, modules or functions, including testing and data initialization.
• Produce KPI reports for production and manage production planning, follow‑up and implementation.
• Resolve all SAP‑related problems in production, covering orders, plans, materials and material loss control.
• Analyse material loss data and share findings with relevant departments.
• Develop and deliver training plans for frontline users to reduce operational errors.

Required profile

• College degree, preferably in Computer Software or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing SAP/ERP systems in a production environment.
• Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt and implement new processes.
• Basic English reading and writing proficiency.
