Sales Representative III

About the role

The Sales Representative III will drive revenue growth by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Reporting to sales leadership, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation and product presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers via cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Present products and services through demonstrations and tailored sales pitches.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure deals.
• Close sales while addressing customer requirements and concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Record all sales activities, interactions and transactions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
• Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards and legal regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3‑6 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong persuasive communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing leads and appointments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other departments.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems.
