Sales & Business Development Manager – EMS (Automotive Electronics)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business in the automotive electronics sector. Based in Suzhou, you will work with external OEM customers to expand our market presence and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new OEM customers and EMS projects.
• Manage existing customer relationships and uncover additional project opportunities.
• Oversee commercial performance, including acquisition targets, turnover, delivery, EBIT, cash flow, accounts receivable, sales planning and forecasting.
• Conduct market intelligence, develop customer strategies and ensure their implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry.
• Proven track record in EMS sales and project management with strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with automotive sourcing processes and EMS operating models, including BOM management.
• Strong customer orientation, willingness to travel, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, results‑driven and highly motivated.
• Fluent English.
