Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Nanning)

About the role

The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social‑selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Required skills

• POS operation (mobile and stationary).
• Basic computer proficiency on iPad or laptop.
• Walkie‑talkie use.
• Social‑media savvy, including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping.
• Clienteling and data acquisition tools.
