Sales Analyst – Internal Sales Representative

About the role

This 12‑month interim position supports the field sales team by acting as the operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners and end customers throughout the Lead‑to‑Order and Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on procurement and planning personnel.
• Provide back‑office support for assigned accounts, handling design registration reviews, pricing/quote requests and documentation.
• Work directly with customers on orders, IP/tools licensing and design inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage escalations on distributor orders and coordinate with the centralized Sales Service team.
• Coordinate sample requests and new product introductions between sales, marketing and operations.
• Collect and analyse demand signals to prepare consolidated sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate design registration and opportunity data in the CRM system, ensuring correct distributor margins.
• Collaborate with Business Management, Operations and Legal on contracts, pricing and compliance.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates and account summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and territory reviews with data preparation and insights.
• Assist onboarding of new sales team members by training on internal tools and processes.
• Act as first point of contact for distributor or customer escalations on pricing and supply.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong people skills, teamwork, concise communication and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication adaptable to different audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Understanding of FPGA sales processes (advantage).
