Revenue Manager

About the role

Hotel Indigo is an upper‑upscale lifestyle brand with more than 150 properties worldwide. The Revenue Manager will drive the hotel’s overall revenue toward high‑yield channels, ensure price stability, and align revenue forecasts with the hotel’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall hotel revenue to high‑revenue channels and achieve profit targets.
• Maintain a stable pricing system and maximize visualized revenue.
• Align revenue projections with the hotel’s strategic plan.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing to steer sales activities toward high‑revenue channels.
• Work with all revenue‑related departments to meet revenue targets.
• Provide the General Manager with accurate market analysis, revenue forecasts, and optimal revenue mix.
• Build relationships with OTA and wholesale channel partners to expand the hotel’s individual guest market revenue.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in data analysis or revenue management; OTA industry and high‑star hotel experience preferred.
• Strong business analysis capability, proficient in data mining and business analysis concepts, and familiar with multiple data analysis tools.
• Excellent statistical analysis, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
