Recruitment Specialist – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist (Recruiter III) within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Talent Acquisition team, you will act as a strategic talent advisor, driving full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across our business units. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to design sourcing strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles in life sciences.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines and provide regular status updates.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience that reflects Thermo Fisher’s culture.

Required profile

• Advanced degree plus 3 years or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in life sciences.
• Experience recruiting in FSP environments is strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment across multiple functions.
