Recruiter, Greater China

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition activities for our Greater China operations. The role will support Gates China by managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and enhancing the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare job descriptions, announcements, and offers.
• Identify and verify effective recruiting channels, both internal and external.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and key competencies.
• Post jobs, source candidates, conduct pre‑screening calls, coordinate face‑to‑face interviews, and perform reference checks.
• Maintain a CV talent pool and develop proactive candidate pipelines.
• Generate networks and support special recruiting projects and initiatives.
• Produce weekly/monthly recruitment reports as needed.
• Collaborate with corporate HR on related administrative tasks and promote the Gates employer image, including HR WeChat activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience; headhunter background preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
• High stress tolerance and willingness to work overtime.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
