QC Technician 4 – Product Inspection & Analysis

About the role

The QC Technician 4 is responsible for comprehensive product inspection, including night‑shift testing of ZF and Bondfil series. You will ensure product quality, troubleshoot issues, and support chemical and instrument analysis in a laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily product inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Conduct night‑shift inspections for ZF & Bondfil series, ensuring continuous quality monitoring.
• Troubleshoot product quality problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute chemical analysis using standard laboratory techniques.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as AAS, ICP, and LC.
• Support ISO/SOP system implementation and documentation.

Required profile

• College degree or higher in a relevant scientific field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lab, chemical plant, or third‑party testing institution.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of chemistry.
• Operation of conventional analytical instruments (AAS, ICP, LC).
• Proficiency in chemical analysis techniques.
• Ability to read and write English technical documents.
