Laboratory Technician

About the role

The Laboratory Technician will support the textile testing laboratory by enhancing operational capacity and ensuring testing activities are completed accurately and on time. The role works closely with health, safety, environment and security (HSES) teams to maintain a safe and high‑performance lab environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance laboratory operational capacity and support timely, accurate testing.
• Collaborate with HSES to ensure laboratory safety compliance.
• Manage laboratory purchase and payment requests.
• Perform textile testing tasks according to standard procedures.
• Fabricate fabric hangers as required for testing.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized laboratory workspace.
• Ensure the test lab operates as a high‑performance unit.

Required profile

• College degree or higher in Textile, Dyeing, or Textile Chemistry.
• 1–3 years of experience in the textile technology field.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese; proficiency in English is preferred.
