Project Manager (EM)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a proactive Project Manager (EM) to support sales acquisition, drive project development and ensure successful delivery of customer projects in Changsha. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating cross‑functional teams and guaranteeing that projects meet cost, timing and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales acquisition through milestone planning, cost evaluation and technical discussions.
• Manage quotation evaluation, approval processes and review customer requirements for feasibility.
• Build and lead project teams, define scope, set schedules, and organise regular meetings.
• Ensure project execution follows PEP standards, meeting cost, schedule and quality goals.
• Lead global or pilot projects independently and report progress to management.
• Drive customer satisfaction, handle change management and support long‑term product cost optimisation.
• Delegate tasks, manage escalations to steering committees and coordinate with global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project, sales, purchase or supplier management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of technical, commercial, cost and planning aspects.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS‑Office and solid computer literacy.
