Program Manager – Social Impact

About the role

Lululemon’s Global Community Team is expanding its social impact footprint across Greater China. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Social Impact Programs, the Program Manager will shape and deliver the regional strategy for lululemon Gives, aligning local initiatives with the company’s global vision for mental health, wellbeing, and community empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the regional lululemon Gives strategy for Greater China, ensuring alignment with global goals and the 2030 Impact Agenda.
• Manage the planning, execution, and measurement of local and regional social impact programs, partnerships, and ambassador‑led initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with non‑profit organizations, institutional partners, and government affairs teams, identifying new collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to amplify impact through brand campaigns, community events, and media outreach.
• Lead internal communications and engagement activities to raise awareness of lululemon Gives among employees and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social impact, corporate responsibility, or employee engagement program management.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated skill in cross‑functional collaboration and partnership development.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Commitment to lululemon’s vision of equitable, inclusive, and growth‑focused environments.
