Plant Quality Engineer – VM (Suzhou)

About the role

The Plant Quality Engineer – VM will support Bosch's Suzhou manufacturing site by driving logistics quality, continuous improvement and complaint handling. You will work closely with internal teams and external logistics service providers to ensure high‑quality standards and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate Lessons Learned in logistics, edit cases from other plants and monitor logistics quality reports.
• Track and coordinate KPIs such as 100% IQIS QC/QI closure and 100% MMOG updates.
• Manage customer logistics complaints, record and report them, and handle claims against suppliers and logistics service providers.
• Coordinate customer logistics audits (onsite and online) and prepare internal/external system and process audits in collaboration with QMM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments, providing on‑site support and expert advice on quality topics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP and APQP.
• Experience with QS‑9000 / ISO‑TS‑16949 standards, control plans and structured problem‑solving.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with molding or welding processes is a plus.
