Packaging Materials Transport and Warehouse Administrator

About the role

Roche is hiring a packaging materials transport and warehouse administrator in Shanghai. The role covers receiving, storing and issuing packaging materials according to GMP regulations, keeping records accurate and ensuring the warehouse runs safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Transport packaging materials and receive them according to GMP regulations, with complete and accurate records.
• Check packaging materials regularly for timeliness and accuracy, preventing mix-ups and errors.
• Store materials in an orderly way and issue them according to production plans and requisitions.
• Operate SAP and other warehouse IT systems such as EWM, keeping data consistent with stock.
• Inspect the warehouse daily for cleanliness and pest control, and manage visitors and keys to keep the site secure.
• Report incidents immediately, keep process records and feedback, and complete assigned tasks.

Required profile

• High school or vocational college education or higher.
• At least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical company with GMP awareness.
• At least one year of experience in packaging, warehousing or material transport.
• Able to work shift schedules.
• Proactive, responsible and a team player.

Required skills

• SAP and warehouse IT software such as EWM (preferred).
• GMP compliance awareness.
