职位概况
腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌Level Infinite招聘东欧区手游市场营销负责人。该岗位负责东欧区手游的市场策略与中长期营销规划，并对用户增长和品牌影响力指标负责。
主要职责
- 主导东欧区手游的市场策略与中长期营销规划，按产品生命周期制定整合营销方案
- 构建东欧区网红合作体系，把控品牌一致性，指导团队产出本土化创意内容
- 深入分析东欧区玩家画像、审美偏好及社交媒体生态，将其转化为增长策略
- 协同发行、运营及研发部门，推动跨职能、跨时区项目合作，沉淀区域发行方法论
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2年及以上游戏发行或互联网整合营销经验，有海外发行案例者优先
- 对游戏行业有热情，对市场内容敏感，具备宏观策略思维和数据分析能力
- 良好的英语读写能力，可作为工作语言进行商务沟通；俄语为加分项
