职位概况
JCI招聘一名高级供应质量工程师，负责零部件供应商的质量管理，包括建立供方质量档案、参与新供方开发、推动质量改进以及组织年度过程审核。
主要职责
- 承担零部件供应商质量管理职责，建立供方质量档案，参与新供方开发和零部件验证
- 负责零部件PAPSO要求的提出、审核、归档及日常管理，跟踪8D闭环
- 组织供方质量改进项目和年度过程审核，实施飞行抽检，按质量协议执行奖惩和索赔
- 编制零部件指导书并组织培训，推动新工艺、新技术在供方和JCI推广
任职要求
- 5年以上制造行业质量管理经验，有CDU行业经验优先
- 本科及以上学历，机械自动化或电气自动化相关专业
- 掌握8D、PAPSO等质量工具，熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的中英文沟通能力
