职位概况
深圳某公司招聘粉末冶金模具设计高级工程师，负责粉末冶金（PM）和金属注射成型（MIM）零件的模具与夹具开发，以及自动化系统和生产工艺的开发。
主要职责
- 负责开发和设计PM及MIM零件相关的模具和夹具
- 负责开发和设计机器自动化系统
- 开发新的JIM/PM/MIM生产工艺
- 按JEPDS将研发产品推向大规模生产
- 执行分配项目的项目计划
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计或相关专业
- 3年以上粉末冶金模具设计经验，有MIM经验者优先
- 了解相关夹具或设备设计
- 具备基本统计知识和数据分析能力，具备基本项目管理能力
必备技能
- 熟练使用SolidWorks和CAD等设计软件
