职位概况
Abercrombie & Fitch 在上海兴业太古汇门店招聘全职品牌代表，负责为顾客提供热情周到的服务、维护店铺陈列整洁，并在经理不在时协助处理日常运营。节假日及销售旺季需保证大部分周六和部分周日在岗，工作时间灵活。
主要职责
- 为顾客提供热情、周到、宾至如归的服务，主动了解需求并提供产品推荐与搭配建议
- 协助补货，保持卖场整洁有序，按尺码整理商品并落实陈列标准
- 在收银台准确高效处理购买、退换货等事务，提供友好结账服务
- 支持缺货订购、门店自提及线上订单打包发货

- 中文流畅
- 能营造热情、包容的顾客体验，适应快节奏环境
- 条理清晰、注重细节，工作可靠且出勤稳定
