职位概况
影视项目人工智能训练师，负责为AI模型生成的视频描述文本进行事实性纠错与优化，输出高质量、准确的Caption用于模型训练或评测。全职工作地点在山东省潍坊市奎文区，接受兼职。
主要职责
- 对AI模型生成的视频描述进行事实性纠错，修正幻觉、错误描述、格式违规及逻辑矛盾
- 优化并改写大模型生成的视频描述，提升质量与准确性
- 对视频进行专业拆解，从导演视角分析构图、运镜、光影等视听语言，从演员视角评估镜头对表演细节的捕捉
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，影视艺术类院校或985/211影视艺术专业
- 专业方向如影视、编导、戏剧影视文学、影视制作、影视摄影、动画、广告学等
- 无工作经验要求，不要求提交作品
- 加分项：标注/质检/评测经验，或学生作品入围上海国际电影节、金鸡、金马、FIRST、平遥等电影节
- 高级人才：顶级影视院校毕业，从事过导演、编导、编剧等工作，有独立或主创的商业叙事作品
我们提供
- 全职薪资7000-15000元/月
- 工作时间10:00-19:00，周末双休，法定全休
- 兼职：研究生在读以上，周一至周五14:00-18:00
