职位概况
负责使用BIM算量软件进行工程量计算及核对，提供软件测评结果，并将业务知识转化为需求指导产品研发。
主要职责
- 使用BIM算量软件完成算量工作并输出测评报告。
- 整理业务知识，转化为需求描述，协助产品研发。
- 负责工程量的计算、核对以及进度款申报、现场签证、竣工结算和审计工作。
任职要求
- 工程造价管理等相关专业。
- 熟悉概算、预算、结算编制和审核，熟练操作海迈算量计价软件（或同类软件）、CAD及办公软件。
- 熟悉施工图纸，具备进度款申报、现场签证、竣工结算和审计经验。
- 熟悉BIM，有施工现场预算经验者优先。
- 工作细致严谨，能吃苦耐劳，具备团队合作精神。
