职位概况
负责南京神旺大酒店开业前的品牌宣传与市场营销，围绕旺旺集团五星级IP主题酒店定位，制定全周期整合传播策略，提升市场热度。
主要职责
- 统筹官方社交媒体矩阵（公众号、微博、小红书、抖音）运营与内容策划，融合旺旺IP与秦淮文化。
- 策划并执行开业前各阶段宣传活动，包括官宣、效果图曝光、主题客房预热、倒计时造势等。
- 主导线上转化项目，如预售客房套餐、早鸟优惠、会员招募及OTA平台预热。
- 对接媒体、KOL、文旅达人等外部资源，开展探店、体验官招募、IP联名等活动。
- 监测营销数据，输出效果报告并持续优化宣传策略。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上酒店/文旅/大型商业项目营销经验，至少2年线上营销转化经验。
- 熟悉社交媒体运营、内容策划及文案撰写，能够独立完成营销活动全流程。
- 具备成功的宣传转化案例，熟悉OTA平台运营、预售产品设计及会员招募。
- 良好的沟通协调与资源整合能力，抗压且适应高强度筹备工作节奏。
