职位概况
公司招聘10名客服专员，提供无销售压力的工作环境，提供系统培训和多种激励方案。
主要职责
- 通过客服热线联系客户，讲解公司新服务和产品。
- 使用专属电脑、话盒和耳麦进行呼叫，无需自行寻找客户。
任职要求
- 年龄20-35岁，高中及以上学历，真实有效。
- 普通话流畅，语言表达能力良好。
- 乐观积极，工作认真，有上进心，无不良嗜好，热爱团队。
- 待人热情真诚，有爱心和责任感，做事细心。
- 勤奋踏实，善于学习，具备良好的理解、表达、沟通及管理能力。
必备技能
- 普通话流利
