职位概况
我们在北京招聘10名客服专员，提供无销售压力的客服岗位，工作时间为周一至周五，双休，法定假日休息。
主要职责
- 通过客服热线使用专属电脑、话盒和耳麦联系客户，介绍公司新服务和产品。
- 使用公司提供的客户资源，无需自行寻找或拜访客户。
任职要求
- 年龄20-35岁，高中及以上学历（真实有效）。
- 普通话流利，具备基本语言表达能力。
- 乐观积极，工作认真，有上进心，无不良嗜好，热爱团队。
- 待人热情真诚，有爱心和责任感，做事细心。
必备技能
- 熟练使用电脑进行客服操作。
我们提供
- 无责任底薪2700元（新人）/2800元，另有过节费、降温费、年终奖及月度激励。
- 五险一金、员工综合福利、生日礼品、实物及现金激励。
- 平均工资6000元以上，优秀员工月薪上万。
