Job description
职位概况
负责运动医学赛道的对外临床专业教育与对内销售商业培训，统筹全骨科数字化学习平台运营，推动领导力与通用商业能力培训落地。
主要职责
- 维护运动医学KOL资源，搭建并更新专家数据库，规划并设计分级学术课程体系。
- 统筹培训立项、物料筹备、线上线下全流程执行，负责课程研发、落地与效果迭代。
- 搭建分层分级的销售赋能课程体系，设计产品知识、销售能力、客户沟通类课程并开发课件。
- 联动IT团队，规划并优化内部学习平台及对外医师学术平台，推动数字化学习产品迭代。
- 承接全骨科领导力与通用商业能力培训项目，组织参训人员并进行效果评估。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上医疗器械行业学术教育或销售培训经验。
- 熟悉骨科、关节、运动医学或创伤领域，具备KOL对接维护经验。
- 具备数字化学习产品思维，能够规划学习产品并优化用户体验。
- 优秀的跨部门沟通协调、项目管理与复盘能力，工作细致、条理清晰。
- 良好的英文读写与沟通能力，对医疗教育与人才发展充满热情。
