职位概况
负责根据公司年度计划制定并执行招聘计划，满足业务部门的人才需求，确保引进符合公司价值观和岗位要求的候选人。
主要职责
- 识别年度用人需求，制定并实施招聘计划。
- 搜寻、筛选候选人，组织面试并提供面试推荐建议。
- 对拟录用候选人进行背景核实，跟进报到流程。
- 管理招聘渠道，积累并分析招聘数据。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业优先。
- 5 年以上全职招聘实操经验，具机器人、新能源汽车等行业经验者优先。
- 熟悉劳动法律法规，具备规范的招聘流程与风险意识。
- 熟练使用 Office，具备数据整理与汇报能力。
- 责任心强、抗压能力佳，具备良好沟通协调与团队合作精神。
