职位概况
负责注塑车间的全面管理，涵盖生产、质量、安全、成本及团队建设等工作，确保生产目标达成。
主要职责
- 制定部门管理规划并组织落实。
- 搭建并培养专业人才队伍。
- 负责生产计划与现场管理。
- 推进安全、5S及成本控制。
- 处理员工关系，提升团队凝聚力。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，企业管理、机械、自动化或模具等相关专业。
- 5年以上注塑或相关行业管理经验。
- 熟悉ISO质量体系、品质管理、人力资源及安全管理。
- 了解模具、注塑机、原料及IE改善方法。
- 具备财务管理基础知识。
必备技能
