Job description
职位概况
负责办公区域电力、空调、消防、安防、弱电等系统的正常运行，协调供应商整改并完成日常维护。
主要职责
- 确保办公区电力、空调、消防、安防、弱电系统运行稳定。
- 检查设备运行情况，报告故障并跟进报修。
- 协调供应商现场整改，监督定期维护。
- 整理设备运行、维修保养、履历等技术档案。
- 日常巡检办公区设备及家具，完成维修任务。
任职要求
- 仪表端庄，穿着得体，具备良好语言表达和文字能力。
- 持有电工上岗证，具备3年以上电工及中央空调维修经验。
- 高中或中专以上学历，能阅读图纸者优先。
- 能接受周五、周六休息，周日到周四工作。
必备技能
- 电工上岗证
- 制冷与空调作业上岗证（优先）
- 电脑操作及办公软件使用
- 中央空调设备操作与维修
- 阅读图纸
