职位概况
负责在亚洲售后服务市场（ASC）建立并维护数字化流程，涵盖ASA数字工具（如BASS、Repair Online、SP Online）及其与BIQIC、SAP、本地ERP、Pro360、计划系统和WMS的接口。
主要职责
- 创建并持续优化ASC市场的整体数字化流程。
- 规划并执行数字工具在各地区的推广上线。
- 管理数字工具的版本计划，收集并优先处理市场变更需求。
- 组织培训课程，提升用户使用和数字化能力。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够完整设计培训课程。
- 熟练使用MS Office，尤其是PowerPoint。
- 拥有相关技术专业学位。
- 在本国工业产品市场拥有工作经验。
- 英语流利，能够接受最高50%的出差。
