职位概况
负责长沙地区互联网金融后台系统的研发与维护，打造高并发、高可靠性的业务平台，支持公司业务快速扩张。
主要职责
- 开发大容量、高性能的互联网金融后台系统；
- 维护并持续优化已有系统；
- 快速响应业务需求，敏捷落地实现；
- 优化系统架构，提升整体效率和可扩展性。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；
- 3年以上后端开发经验，熟练掌握 Go 或 Java；
- 熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud，具备微服务开发经验；
- 熟练使用 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等中间件，有性能调优经验者优先；
- 具备系统整体架构设计能力，关注系统稳定性与扩展性；
- 有证券、基金等金融行业背景或 AI 项目经验者优先。
必备技能
- Go 或 Java 编程语言
- Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 框架
- MySQL、Redis、Kafka 中间件
- 系统架构设计与性能优化
