职位概况
负责开发和维护大容量、高性能的互联网金融后台系统，支持业务快速发展。
主要职责
- 设计并实现高并发的金融后台服务。
- 维护现有系统并进行性能优化。
- 根据业务需求快速迭代功能。
- 持续改进系统架构，提高稳定性和可扩展性。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业。
- 3年以上后端开发经验，熟练掌握 Go 或 Java。
- 熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud，具备微服务开发经验。
- 了解 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等中间件并有优化经验。
- 具备系统整体架构设计能力，关注系统的稳定性和扩展性。
- 有金融行业（证券、基金）背景或 AI 项目经验者优先。
必备技能
- Go 或 Java 编程语言
- Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 框架
- MySQL 数据库
- Redis 缓存
