主要职责
- 负责解答客户咨询，处理客户投诉与建议。
- 跟进客户问题解决进度，及时反馈处理结果。
- 收集客户信息，定期进行客户满意度调查。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，26界应届毕业生，专业不限。
- 具备良好沟通能力，能耐心解答客户疑问。
- 熟练使用办公软件。
