职位概况
负责公司全流程招聘管理，深刻理解业务需求，高效选拔匹配人才，提升招聘投入产出比。
主要职责
- 发布招聘信息、筛选简历、安排面试、沟通Offer。
- 优化招聘流程，进行招聘数据分析。
- 开拓并维护招聘渠道，满足人才需求。
- 负责校园招聘、人才地图绘制、高端人才招聘等项目。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上招聘经验。
- 有To B领域招聘经验，熟悉销售、售前、技术支持、产品运营等岗位优先。
- 优秀的沟通协调和问题解决能力，具备较高的人际敏感度和影响力。
- 对招聘工作有浓厚兴趣，具备自我驱动力，乐于接受挑战。
