职位概况

负责酒店车队的调度、维护及司机团队管理，确保宾客接送与礼宾用车安全、准时。

主要职责

制定并执行安全驾驶、车辆保养及调度规范，监控车况与油耗。
统筹VIP、团队及日常用车需求，合理派车并处理突发调度。
培训司机服务意识，维护车容车貌与乘客体验。
管理车辆保险、年检、证照及维修台账，确保合规。
配合安保与前厅，保障夜间及特殊时段用车秩序。

任职要求

高中/中专及以上学历，物流、旅游或相关专业优先。
2年以上酒店车队或大型车队调度管理经验。
持有效C1及以上驾驶证，无重大交通责任事故。
熟悉车辆日常保养、年检、保险及台账管理，具备成本意识。
服务意识强，具备应急处理能力，沟通协调良好。
能适应早、晚班及节假日轮值。
