职位概况
居然之家招聘店导购员，负责接待顾客、商品陈列及销售，工作地点根据居住地就近安排，提供五险一金及晋升机会。
主要职责
- 接待顾客咨询，了解需求并提供服务，处理投诉。
- 熟悉商品属性（品类、质地、颜色、尺寸、清洗方式）及退换货政策。
- 整理商品陈列、补货，保持店面整洁舒适。
- 执行店铺开闭店流程，确保营运正常。
- 按照家具销售流程进行销售，维护持续业绩。
- 管理来货及仓库安排。
- 了解店铺陈列主题及新品趋势。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 高中或中专以上学历。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
- 能吃苦耐劳，承受工作压力。
- 有相关导购或零售经验者优先，欢迎应届毕业生。
必备技能
- 熟悉家具商品知识。
- 具备基本的库存管理能力。
